• Buddy system (only one uniformed fully trained member of staff)

Our team of two uniformed First Call professionals is here to help when a loved one passes away.

 

We will arrive at the home or care facility with a fully equipped private ambulance on behalf of Funeral Directors. You can trust us to handle the transportation of the deceased with dignity and care, taking them to the chosen Funeral Directors premises or allocated mortuary.

 

We understand that sometimes Funeral Directors might need our services at the last minute. If we have a team available, we will gladly accept the duty.

 

We are available during daytime hours and even outside of regular hours.

 

If you prefer, you can also book our services to cover a specific date.

 

You won't incur any costs unless we are called out. For those who need 24-hour coverage, we offer a fee-based option. During this time, we will not accept any other duties.
